Welcome to SK Psychotherapy

I’m Sarah Langlois, LCSW, and I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with care, connection, and practical tools for growth. Through teletherapy, I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and build on their strengths—all from the comfort of home.

I’m grateful for the journey that’s brought me to this work. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California’s Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, with a concentration in mental health. Before that, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Concordia University in Wisconsin.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—from community mental health and hospice care to medical social work, private practice, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. These diverse experiences have deepened my understanding of people’s unique stories and shaped the compassionate, knowledgeable care I offer today.

I specialize in treating a range of concerns, including ADHD, addictions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and behavioral and conduct disorders. My therapeutic approach draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), rooted in a strengths-based, solution-focused perspective. I believe in helping clients discover their resilience and move forward with clarity and confidence.

To make therapy more accessible, I offer sessions through Grow Therapy, which allows me to accept insurance and provide easy online scheduling. I also offer a sliding scale option through Open Path Psychotherapy Collective—a nonprofit that connects clients in need with affordable care.

If you’re ready to take the next step or just want to learn more, I’d love to connect. You can reach me anytime at sarah@skpsychotherapy.org.

You don’t have to do this alone—healing starts here.
